2. Coaching is not therapy or medical care

Coaching is a forward-focused, collaborative process designed to support personal growth, clarity, and intentional action. Coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, mental health treatment, medical treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or crisis intervention. If you need those services, you should seek help from an appropriately licensed professional or emergency resource.

3. Client responsibility

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, wellbeing, and results before, during, and after coaching. No specific outcome is promised or guaranteed. Coaching supports reflection, awareness, and accountability, but implementation and decision-making remain your responsibility.

4. Discovery calls and fit

Discovery calls are intended to help determine whether the coaching relationship is a good fit. Either party may decide not to move forward after a discovery call or at any later point, subject to any separate written agreement, package terms, or payment obligations already in place.

5. Scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling

Sessions must be scheduled in advance through the available booking method or by direct arrangement. If a cancellation, no-show, late arrival, package deadline, or rescheduling policy applies, that policy may be communicated separately through a booking page, invoice, confirmation email, intake form, or coaching agreement. In the absence of a separate written policy, scheduling remains subject to availability and reasonable business discretion.

6. Fees and payment

Fees, package structures, and payment terms may be presented on the website, through booking tools, by invoice, or in a separate written agreement. Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments made for completed services or reserved session time are non-refundable.

Confidential information may be disclosed if required by law, necessary to respond to a credible safety concern, needed to collect payment or administer business operations with trusted service providers, or authorized by the client.
